Catch My Calls communicates directly with its own platform subscribers and their customers. We are not a lead generator, affiliate marketing platform, or intermediary.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out forms, book a demo, or sign up for services
- Account credentials and preferences for the client dashboard
- Information provided via email, phone, SMS, or website forms
- Payment and billing details processed through secure payment providers (we do not store credit card numbers)
Information collected automatically:
- Call data: phone numbers, call duration, call recordings, AI-generated transcripts, and metadata
- SMS data: message content, phone numbers, timestamps, and delivery status (see our SMS Communication Policy for full details)
- SMS consent preference (opt-in or opt-out status, including verbal consent records from call transcripts)
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited
Information from third parties:
- Call routing and caller ID data from Twilio (our telephony provider)
- AI-processed call transcripts from RetellAI (our voice AI provider), in accordance with our data processing agreements
How We Use Your Information
- Answer calls, create service tickets, dispatch technicians, and manage operations for our business clients
- Send service-related SMS notifications — including ticket alerts, dispatch confirmations, emergency notifications, status updates, and appointment reminders — only to individuals who have consented (see our SMS Communication Policy)
- Send business outreach SMS messages — including follow-ups about ServiceLine247 services, feature information, and service optimization tips — only to trade business professionals who have opted in through serviceline247.com (see our SMS Communication Policy)
- Manage accounts, provide dashboard access, and deliver reports
- Analyze call patterns, improve AI accuracy, and develop new features
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
SMS Communications & Mobile Data Privacy
IMPORTANT — Mobile Information Non-Sharing Disclosure:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records to any third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception.
Catch My Calls collects SMS consent through two methods:
- Website opt-in: Business clients check a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on the form at catch-my-calls.com/contact. The checkbox is not pre-selected and is not required to submit the form or purchase services.
- Verbal consent: End customers with an active service ticket may verbally consent during an AI-assisted phone call to receive SMS status updates about their service request. Verbal consent is recorded in the call transcript.
If you opt in (via either method), you may receive:
- Service ticket creation alerts and status updates
- Technician dispatch confirmations and arrival estimates
- Emergency notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Resolution/completion notifications
ServiceLine247 Business Outreach Messages: If you are a trade business owner or manager and you opt in through the ServiceLine247 website at serviceline247.com, you may also receive:
- Follow-up messages about ServiceLine247 services after a demo or inquiry
- Information about service features, pricing, and availability
- Business tips and service optimization recommendations
These messages are sent only to trade business professionals who have explicitly opted in. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Catch My Calls is not a lead generation company and does not share customer data with third-party contractors or marketing partners.
We may share your information only with:
- Twilio Inc.: Our telephony and SMS provider, under contract, solely for call routing and message delivery
- RetellAI: Our AI voice processing provider, under contract, solely for generating real-time AI responses and transcripts
- Cloud infrastructure providers: For secure hosting and data storage
- Your designated recipients: Dispatch information shared with technicians and contacts designated in your account settings
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities: If required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. No service provider is permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls and authentication, regular security monitoring, and secure data centers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
- Call recordings and transcripts: 90 days from the date of the call
- SMS message logs: 90 days from the date of the message
- SMS consent records: Duration of active account or service engagement plus 6 months
- Account information: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure
- Service tickets: 12 months for reporting and analytics
You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
