Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of catch-my-calls.com and serviceline247.com, operated by Catch My Calls Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our websites, booking a demo, signing up for our services, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Communication Policy.

About Catch My Calls

Catch My Calls Inc. provides AI-powered receptionist and dispatch services for home service businesses — including plumbing, locksmith, HVAC, septic, and electrical companies. Our AI receptionist, Grace, answers calls, creates service tickets, dispatches technicians, and sends SMS notifications to both business clients and their end customers. Catch My Calls is NOT a lead generation company, NOT an affiliate marketing platform, and NOT an intermediary. We communicate directly with our own platform subscribers and their customers.

Description of Services

Catch My Calls provides the following services to home service businesses:

Communication Consent & SMS Messaging Program

Catch My Calls operates an SMS messaging program that serves two audiences. All SMS consent is collected through one of two methods:

Business Client Consent (Website Opt-In): Business owners and their designated contacts opt in through the form at catch-my-calls.com/contact. Users must actively check a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected. There is no other method of website-based SMS consent collection.

End Customer Consent (Verbal Opt-In): End customers who contact a business through the Catch My Calls AI receptionist and have an active service ticket may verbally consent during the call to receive SMS status updates about their service request. The AI receptionist asks for consent, which is recorded in the call transcript. Verbal consent is collected only for customers with an active service ticket.

By opting in through either method, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages from Catch My Calls Inc. Messages are strictly limited to:

ServiceLine247 Business Outreach Program: Trade business owners and managers who opt in through serviceline247.com may also receive:

These business outreach messages are sent only to trade professionals who have explicitly opted in through the ServiceLine247 website. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month).

Messages in our service notification program are transactional and service-related. Messages in our business outreach program are informational and promotional, sent only to opted-in trade business professionals.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Supported keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any services, booking a demo, or receiving service. You may use all our services without opting in to SMS, though this may limit certain notification features.

Mobile Data Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records to any third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception.

Catch My Calls is not an affiliated marketing program. We do not generate leads for third parties, we do not sell customer lists, and we do not share opt-in data with any external companies. All communications originate from and are managed by Catch My Calls directly.

TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations. Our SMS communications are sent only to numbers for which we have obtained proper consent. We honor all opt-out requests promptly and maintain records of consent.

Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our AI receptionist is designed to handle home service-related calls and may not be suitable for all call types. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, AI misclassifications, or failed call transfers due to circumstances beyond our control.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed upon during your onboarding process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Call Recording Consent

All calls processed through our system are recorded for quality assurance, service delivery, consent documentation, and dispute resolution. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to call recording. You are responsible for ensuring that callers to your business are informed of call recording in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Message Delivery Disclaimer

Catch My Calls Inc. and mobile carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch My Calls Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catch My Calls Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, and materials associated with Catch My Calls are the property of Catch My Calls Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and SMS Communication Policy.
