What's actually included in the 7-day free trial?
The full product — your AI receptionist, your dashboard, your phone number, your dispatching. We authorize your card at signup so we can charge on Day 8 if you continue. We do not take any money from your card during the 7 days. Cancel any time Days 1–7 and the authorization is released.
What is the $199 setup fee for?
The one-time fee covers number provisioning, AI agent configuration for your solution line, custom prompts tailored to your business, and live onboarding with our team. It is charged on Day 8 along with your first month's plan if you continue past the trial.
What counts as a minute?
Only the time the AI is actually on a live call. Setup, configuration, and dashboard time are not counted. Overage minutes are billed at the rate shown on your plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate the current month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Which solution line should I pick?
